There are three types of muscles.Skeletal muscles,Cardiac muscles and Smooth muscles.The muscles attach to the skeleton are called skeleton muscles.Smooth muscles are present in blood vesseles,digestive tract and other organs. Cardiac muscles are associated with heart .Both smooth and cardiac are called involuntary muscles.
