soak ur hand in warm water with a bit of body oil (this part is optional) . when ur fingers get pruney it should peel right off.

Try fingernail polish remover. But actually, fingers are renewing the cells constantly, so a little time and some extra scrubbing (try a pumice stone, or maybe some ground almonds and honey if you want something moisterizing) should get your hands clean in a few days.
Good luck! (-: I had epoxy on my fingers this morning, but it peeled right off.
