Don't dress head to toe in black. It will look like you are either goth, emo, or going to a funeral. White shirt & black pants is fine, or black shirt & khakis is fine. Depending on how casual or formal the workplace is, and whether you are male or female, you might consider wearing some variation of a business suit, or at least a jacket and tie.

Black and khaki are both neutral colors. Either one will go with anything, including each other, as long as the styles don't clash.

Yes for sure - but if you're a pale skinned white guy like me then the whole look may make you look a bit washed out - if you have a bit more colour in your face then I'd say it's a great look.
