Being a kind of quiet person, I'd probably tell one of the people in the group they were headed the wrong way; and then I assume that person would spread the word throughout his group.

i will try to convince them politely without being authoritative n ask them to atleast do some rethinking about wt thet r doing n wt they want to do n why?
