Yes. Go menu Messenger/ Preferences/ Archives and choose "Yes, save all my messages". Then you can see your messages in Contact/ Message archives

If your referring to chats made in the chat room, I don't think you can, but if you mean IM's, then that is simply a matter of enabling your message archive. You can access it simply by going into Messenger>Preferences and then clicking the archive tab. Happy surfing.

go to yahoo messenger then to preferences and then on left side u would see msg archeives...click on that..there u would see 3 options..chose any hich u want..dont save or save till ur logged on or save for ever....then u can go to message archive in indidual account of ur frnd or direct from ur messenger u can see all of ur saved chats with any of ur frnd ,,,but this is computer specific..the chat u do on one computer will be stored in that only and if u open ur messenger in other cmputer it wont show any chat saved on other computer...

if u talk to people in ur messenger list,it wil be recorded in your message archive.but if u chat in a chat room then it wont be saved

Yes indeed you can....you need to goto file....preferences and select on messages and click on the one to save the message history.....alternatively you can also save only the preferred chats by clicking on File --> Save and you can save it as a text file.....

If you get GAIM, you can connect to yahoo chat on there. It has a chat logging option.

CLICK "MESSENGER"(TOP LEFT HAND SIDE OF YOUR YAHOO MESENGER)---->THEN SELECT;"PRIVACY OPTIONS" AND CLICK ON IT, ON THAT CATEGORY(LEFT HAND SIDE) LIST , SELECT----> "ARCHIVE", IN THAT; 3 OPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN , SELECT THE 1ST ONE THAT IS
