If he really loves you, He/She cares about you then it won't affect whatever he/she asked you. You love him so take care of his/her feelings try to listen him/her Be with him/ her When He/She needs someone around him.. Understand him/Her . Don't try to pull out anything just devote him/her Don't care what you gona to lose nothing else you will have all the love around you deserve

Why would you want to? And, I don't think it is possible to get someone to love you by will or force even if you COULD call them etc.
