Orgasm, not through sex though if your plug is gone, walk ALOT,
Accupressure, find a good doula who can provide you some guidance and tell your doctor how you are feeling. They may be able to induce your labor as you are almost at term. Good luck and Congrats on your soon to be new baby

It could mean you are close, or it could mean nothing. I hate to say that, as I was you in April. I was 4 cm dilated, 3 weeks before my due date, and I ended up having to be induced a week AFTER my due date. My doctor said you can be dilated for a while and nothing may happen. The best advise for trying to get things started, is to walk A LOT. I hope everything goes quickly for you! Good luck

If you are ALREADY in the beginning stages of labour(which it sounds like you could be) then nipple stimulation (tweaking) is supposed to intensify the contractions.
Sex (which I'm sure you feel like right now!- NOT) is supposed to bring labour on.
Remember that even if your Dr saw you today it doesn't mean that you can't go into labour today, so keep watch of your contractions and if you get too uncomfortable or are unsure go to your hospital - thats what they are there for.

Consult with your Doctor for any complication cause your problem warrants a concern.
