Mussorie for its natural living habitat
delhi for an urban style of living

The places you have mentioned are all unique. 2 of them, Delhi and Kolkata are megapolises, 2 of the largest cities in the world. Dehradun and Mussorie are hill towns which are much smaller.

If you are a Bengali or love the Bengali culture, the choice is straightforward.

If you would like to live in a small town which is growing, the choice should be Dehradun.

If you want to live in a beautiful hill station, it is Mussorie.

If you want to live in a large city, its gotta be Delhi.

for business- Kolkata,mumbai
For Natural beauty & time pass in old age- dehradun
For executive life & development-Delhi
for IT related life- Bangalore

i think delhi is best to live as its a metro city and capital of india, you can enjoy all seasons here.

wide clean roads, greenery, metro train, best of all services and products are easily avialble.

it is depended on you if you like cold and mild climate you can live in dehradhun if you likeyou like little rain extreme cold and summer go to delhi if you like extreme rain cold and summer go to kolkatta and if you like humid climate go to musoorie

i think if u want a place for peace of mind then surely mussorie....is the best option..."the queen of hills"....it is....!
