Because Hitler was a racist, psychotic nutcase that all kinds of insanely stupid ideas. I still marvel that people think he was a military genius - Winston Churchill himself didn't want him assassinated because he said "Why? He's the best strategist we've got!", which meant he made so many stupid military mistakes that benefitted the Allies war effort. The "lebens born" program was (I think) a warped attempt to pick out what might be "good little Aryans", and if that is the program I'm thinking of was subsequently abandoned. A lot of those children were murdered by the Third Reich... maybe all of them. Hitler was the biggest monstrous tyrant of all time. Good riddance!!!

The program was implemented in Germany and certain parts of occupied Europe. One way that a People believe they can take over the world is to increase their own particular birth-rate, outlawing any sexually activity which is not directed to procreation, and bribing their People to have large families. (It even happens nowadays with certain social and religious groups).

The German word that you use is first, hybrid and second,phonetically incorrect.If at all Hitler wanted to justify naked aggression initially, as in Sudatenland [in Checkeslovakia], he used the pretext of `lebensraum', meaning more living space for Germans, concieved in the racist sense.I wonder whether Hitler had any purpose at all because the very notion of `purpose' is connected in the least to some `good'.Hitler was engaged in annihilation programmes, which amounts to Genocide.
