Money. I'm obsessed with baseball but nothing beats money.
If he's interested in baseball history too, get him either Total Baseball or Baseball Encyclopedia - whichever is putting an updated version out this year. The Baseball Timeline by Burt Solomon is awesome too. I'm not the biggest reader in the world but I read that cover to cover in 2 and a half weeks and it has over 1000 pages giving stories or blurbs on pretty much any significant event that happened in baseball since 1770 to the end of 1996.

I'm an annual A's season ticket holder, and have all the gear I could ever want, too. What my girlfriend did for me was quite nice. She upgraded my tickets (she was on the phone with my ticket rep when I got home from work). Then she bought me a team autographed baseball and signed me up for the team fantasy camp. I loved it and am looking forward to next year in better seats and the camp.
Of course on a limited budget that isn't something I would recommend. One of those things would have been enough to make me happy.

A trip to Vero Beach during spring training with tickets to several different games. It seems like he has everything else. The Dodger fantasy baseball camp is very very pricey, but would be the thrill of a lifetime. He would have the chance to play against player who have retired.

If he has Season tickets then look into buying tickets to an away game in San Francisco or San Diego. That way he can still be with his favorite team while they are on the road. Depending on how much money you want to spend you could then look at where you want to buy the tickets in the stadium.

Try and find some All-Star tickets for the '07 season. I assume you are in the Greater LA area. The All-Star game is in SF. Anybody who loves the game of baseball would love this!

I got myself a brick. Let me explain when the City of St. Louis decided to build a new stadium, they had this Brainstorm to sell bricks around the stadium. So I got one and put my sons name, and my name on the brick anytime I go to a game I can go see my brick. This concept is AWESOME that brick will be there for the next 40 years or so. I might be alive when they build another new stadium but I doubt it.
I'm not sure if this helps but I Love the Game with a passion also.

Autographed anything....it would be especially good if it was signed by a dodger player, but with all the player movement, its probably good to try and find one that is by someone already retired and famous. Ebay is always a good place to look.

I hope he isn't so obsessed with baseball as to be ignoring you............
How about you parade out in front of him some night while the game is on, wearing NOTHING but a DODGERS ballcap, and provocatively stand there with a Ballfrank in hand...................if he shoves you out of the way, shove a baseball bat up his ****, then call ME.
