can you be more specific? but you can scan pictures and save them..or you can use your digital camera and transfer them onto your computer..or there is taking them with a web cam

you either scan it in via a scanner
or
download it from your digital camera.
you save them to a folder (on windows, there is a folder called My Pictures)
