I watched this episode of Law and Order tonight. It was the one where the dermatologist put a tube of some guys blood in his arm. i need help. i couldnt watch the whole thing could someone help me out? what was the meaning of putting it in his arm? what was he trying to hide? and who shot him in the head? was it him that raped the girls or was it the other guy?? so confused.

Sorry, I watched Law and Order but since they were repeats, I live on the east coast so it must've been a different show.

That's a really old episode, but I sort of remember it.

If I remember correctly, he was a doctor or something, so he had access to patients' blood. He used blood so that his dna couldn't be matched to an baby that had been killed and thrown away. It turned out that the blood he used was from a rapist that had DNA in the system for raping someone. So they mistook his identity for that guy. So he didn't rape the girls, but he was the father of the dead baby.

I don't remember who shot him, sorry.

I'm assuming you mean SVU, and the tube in his arm was to beat a blood test, only he put a blood sample from a rapist in that tube and the cops found a match for it in a cold case. His family thought he was a rapist and killed him, only the real rapist was still out there, and now is thought to be dead, so he kidnaps a girl and they have to find her, and they find out who the original blood was tken from because he had plastic surgery at that guy's clinic and the wife gives up the name.
