IT'S A TV COMEDY SHOW. It's supposed to be UNreal. Did you think it was a new "reality show"?
Or the reality of it all is... they don't really love each other. They were forced to get married after high school when Peg got pregnant. And they have been fighting ever since. who wants to cook and clean for someone they don't love? they just stay together for the children, and they are both LOOSERS (that's funny) and nobody else would want them.
Enjoy...
Your next question could be... "Would any girls out there like to date BUD BUNDY... and WHY?

The writers of "Married with Children" designed the show to be a comedy and it wouldn't be as funny as it was if Peg was a typical "Stepford Wife".
Perhaps your question is facetious but who says a clean house and cooking dinner equates love?!

If he loved her, wouldn't he take better care of her? Not talk down to her, not insult her looks, etc. Goes both ways.
Rob him of his money and happiness .... mmkay. Remembering that we're speaking of a fictional show, let's consider this for a minute. He works to support his family, of which she's a member. His happiness, he chose to create that family, and if he wasn't happy, he could leave, correct?
News flash for ya .. the caveman days are over. Men are just as capable of cooking a meal as women, as are they just as capable of picking up a broom or a mop. Now, slowly step to the head of the cave .. careful now, the sunshine may hurt. Let go of the club, you won't be needing that anymore.

...lmao....the house seemed fine to me...or at least the couch did...her only comfort was going out spending money because he would never give her "some"...he would never give her attention and paid too much attention to his "JUGGS" magazine, lol..but their whole "bad" relationship is what made the show so funny and such a big hit...money hungry wife, womanizing husband, slutty daughter and midget lowlife son.....lmao....too funny :P

Because she couldn't do any of that and he had already knew it before he married her.
