Well, my husband got laid off from his job today and we have until the 14th to move out of our apartment but overall, I feel very blessed this year. I live in Alaska and there are a lot of people up here who are a lot worse off than I am. I have a wonderful husband and a whole future to look forward to so I'm pretty happy. I will admit, it's a little hard to keep from being depressed but I have friends and after I talk with them, I feel so much better. I never realized just how great I had it.

No, it is mostley work that is doing it, Christmas is saving me this year, well until I got home tonight and listened to my phone messages. . I have been here a lot, and I play the Christmas carols on the Launchcast, and it has helped a lot. I am one of those people who get wrapped up in other's problems, and mine do not seem so bad. and the Christmas carols have cheered me up.
My friends just cancelled our Christmas party, I had not seen them in a long time, They have cancelled many times. I got the message, their Christmas presents will be given to someone else who needs them.. See how Launchcast helps? Bing Crosby is singing about White Christmas, and I am OK with the fact that my friends are not very good friends, well, after I get done with the crying jag I am on, it will be OK. .
I'm sorry, are you alone at Christmas, or is a case of too much people causing too many problems?
I keep Christmas in my own way, and it is OK.
If you need some help, go get some, please. See a doctor if you need to, depression is hard to lick, without help.
And try to have a nice Christmas. I am not very religious, but it is the birth of our Savior that we celebrate, and we remember the guy who cooked up the idea of our American santa. Two holiday's in one.
Thanks for asking this question, I was going to, but, chickened out.

Yes. Infact, if you are depressed and if no one is surrounding during holiday season, you have more time to think about your problems which make you more depressed.
