if u have a disposable camera take the pictures then take em to get developed and ask for them to be put in a cd and u can just put the cd on the computer and save them on ur computer, if u have a digital camera, take the memory stick and put it on ur computer's usb port, if u dont have a usb port, ask someone with a computer with usb port to let u use it. when plugged. take the picturs and save them as a draft on ur email account, then u can open it when u get home on ur email and download them to ur pictures folder on ur computer.
and if u have usb port just plug the memory stick, download the pics to a folder and bang!!!

hardcopy photos - use a colour scanner to scan the pictures into the PC
digital camera - they usually have software and usb cable, so if you install it right, plugging in your camera via usb will start the PC software that will prompt you to save your photos to PC
