Well you can get child protective services involved and advise them that you do not feel that your son is in a safe environment and is being exposed to pornography. They may have a meeting with your child talking to a therapist who will be able to determine the extent of what your child is seeing at his fathers home. In doing this your demands will supersede his in the respect that when you go to court you can demand sole physical custody with monitored visitation rights. Therefore he will really not be able to demand to much from you.You can take the info to the judge that you feel that your home is the best place for your son to be at this moment in his life, with all that is happening. Its worth a try. Ask the DA to help also they will give you advice.Just don't show your bitterness, show your vulnerability and desperation for the safety of your son and you will get the help you need. Be safe and good luck to you.

First, do not sell the house....get some money from the account and ask your parents or someone you trust to keep it until divorce is final (you dont want to open an account coz you have to split that later)....make sure you keep a jornal about him looking at phorno online... you can use that against him later to get full costody of your child.

Maybe you both should stop thinking about $$$ and about how your boy will feel if it gets any uglier and try to act like adults.

It's almost over, at this point in time it doesn't matter what he asks you to do, move on.
