my hubby & myself never make formal plans either, because it seems whenever we make plans, something happens. We had plans for a get together with friends this past Friday and ended up with 14 inches of snow and messy roads. Life is just a bit of a bummer like that....

Because when you're depressed or mad (or however you feel when you don't want it to rain), you kick up dust and dirt. That dirt goes into the sky and forms into condensation nuclei...meaning water forms around it. After a series of cycles in the sky within clouds, and when the pressure is right, it comes down upon you.
Stop kicking up dust...sheesh.
