Apply liner as close to the lash as possible. Start at the center of the lid and work your way outward. Then finish the line towards the center with the excess left on the brush. This prevents those globs from forming. Liquid eyeliner on the bottom does make a more dramatic look. Try MAC fluidline. It's a top ranked product. nah i never use liquid on lower lash lines.. if you like dramatic as u say try a black eyeshadow on the lower lashes to give a more heavy look. and remember makeup brushes do the work so grab a good set to do so. a cheaper brand that works GREAT is posh which can be bought at a CVS pharmacy. i have all kinds of brushes but these are great and theydont become hard or loose brissels. also remember to clean always. =P
need n e thing else

I wouldn't. You could look like cartoon eyes. Perhaps a little soft pencil liner smudged between those tiny lashes. Draw a fine line right at the base of the lashes, then smudge with the smudger on the other end of the pencil, or a Q-tip. Too much? Use the clean end of the Q-tip to take some off. A bit of practice and you'll be an expert.

I wouldn't! It'll definitely look a bit silly, and no one in hell will you be able to keep it from running. Alternatives are wearing mascara on your lower lashes and using a dark pencil eyeliner (I think charcoal works well on the bottom). You may want to look into "shadow eyeliners" -- they're dark and "rich" looking, and you can get a lot of depth without looking like Ozzy.

Unless your name is Sheneeda Bleach or Lady Miss Kier, skip the liquid liner sweetie! Trust. It's like going @ your eye w/ an over saturated Sharpie! Seeing as u're new to the fabulous world of make up, go with an alternative.
My suggestions? 1.) pencil. plain 'n simple. w/ a good sharpener you can get amazing detail w/ a pencil. if it's dead winter, or if ur pencil just isnt going on smoothly put it in your (open) mouth and pretend to do a breathalizer on it. (though awkward, your hot air softens the pencil, allowing for smoother application. 2.) get a top 'o the line angled shadow brush, your choice of shadow, and apply.
DRAMATIC_wet end of angled brush (faucet, or just touch it to your tounge. fast, and effective) apply shadow, lightly, to brush and apply from inner eye to outer. I always use the area between wrist and bttm. of thumb as a pallette. Start out light. Just like a collection of trophy BF's or lovers, you can always add more. Loosing some is a bit more difficult!
LESS DRAMA? or daytime look as we call it._Pencil. applied AS CLOSE to lashline as possible! You don't want a DISTINCT LINE drawn above/below the eye. You simply want to make the lash line appear more alive and defined. A little can go a long way. Good Luck!!

Apply outside the eye, not inside. If you apply inside your eye looks smaller and you can get an eye infection.

I wouldn't unless you don't mind raccoon eyes. I think that if most people actually apply to the top lid for a more dramatic look for like a cat eye.

no dont apply liquid to bottom line...you will look like a drag queen if you apply too much and it looks too harsh on the bottom..also it closes your eye ,so your eye will actually appear smaller then it is..instead apply liquid to the top..and apply alittle bit of pencil liner to the bottom but only half way and feather it in..(maybe a tiny bit past half way)....get a cotton bud and smudge if you feel its too harsh..
Liquid liner looks hot on the upper lid!
try mac liquid gel liner..you will need to buy a brush too..but its the best!!!
