Would you rate your CEO as the best or the worst if yes who and why?

I would rate him as worst. He is John Hewitt of Liberty Tax Service. Here's a guy who has lied his way to success, cheated his franchisee's and continues to have a closed door policy. If you dare to critize him or the company, your gone, if your an owner and critize him, they do every thing they can to boot you out.

I don't think I could rate him because we never see or here from the guy.
