During the storyline no... but shortly after Hunter ditched Chyna (gooooooooooood move, personally and for his career, i.e. banging the bosses daughter, always good) and took up with her, and little Aurora Rose came around this year..
It is rumored she pedigreed the doctor for slapping her bum after she was born.

HHH and Stephanie McMahon are married in real life. Around 2-3 months ago they had their first child, a daughter named Aurora Rose.
When they had that story line about HHH and Stephanie being together and taking over they were not married then but they were dating.

Yes, they are married presently. No, they were not actually married, but were dating, during their storyline marriage in "The McMahon/Helmsley Era" a few years back. Currently, Triple H plans to win his eleventh title from his daughter at WrestleMania 23. John Cena will be putting over Aurora Rose at Royal Rumble. Ok, I made that last part up.

Yes, HHH is really married to STephanie McMahman and they are still married. They even just recently in the last month month and a half had a little girl.

First off, it's spelled "McMahon." Secondly... HE'S MARRIED TO HER! WTF!?! They have a new daughter, Aurora... Paul is actually Vince's son-in-law. Did you not get that? Or are you talking about the storyline a few years back? If THAT'S the case, they were "married," but not really. That was to further the plot.
