Hello,

Well at first, I used Vitamin E pills. I would open them up and rub it all over my belly and hips. But, the E pills are very sticky. So, my girlfriend told me about this tonic from Clarins. I used this throughout the rest of my pregnancy and I have not one single stretch mark.

And I had precious twins!

Here is the link below for the Clarins Oil Tonic Treatment I used. Trust me, it is well worth the cost, plus free shipping!

Also, drinking lots of water helps. I would drink 32-64 oz of water a day!! I had to in order to keep my twins and myself hydrated.

Hope this helps you........................ : - O

I hate to break it to you, but whether or not you get stretch marks will be determined by the collagen amount in your skin, the size of your baby, and the growth rate during the pregnancy. If you have female relatives who've had children, look at them-it's usually a pretty good indicator. My sister didn't get any stretch marks (she had 4) and swore by cocoa butter with vitamin E. Can't hurt, right? Oh yeah, & don't worry-I had stretch marks when I gave birth, but they faded so much that they're invisible now to everyone but me-even my husband!

Eat well, drink plenty of water and keep fit, perhaps walking 3 times per week. You should not diet without your doctors say so but eating healthily will stop you putting on too much weight, excessive weight gain could make stretch marks worse. Also keep the skin moisturised. Palmers Cocoa Butter is could for that. Wether you get stretch marks or not really depends on your skin type. I got some around my hips but they were very fine and have faded to a silvery colour. Good luck and all the best.

While many people beleive stretch marks to be ugly, they are a natural occurance, and therefore should be embraced as a natural part of the beautiful and natural process that is pregnancy and child birth.

It is common for women to worry about their looks after giving birth and so on, but in this case, if you find that you do not like the appearance of stretch marks after they have faded, then there are cosmetic surgeries that you can get to take care of them.

Accept your body for the beautiful structure that it is and learn to love it even with its imperfections. Good luck with your pregnancy and I hope you are blessed with a beautiful healthy baby.

Well i had a baby nine months ago and unfortunatley was left with hideous stretch marks. I bought this soap called Pears Transparent soap not for the stretch marks. But miracle has it, this soap is making them dissappear. I did research on this soap and i guess the ingredients in the soap is whats helping me. Its a natural soap. For a plus it cleared up the complexion on my face and skin. My skin tone is beautiful, my pimples disappeared, stretch marks fading, skin is smooth. This soap is the best. I bought it at Big lots for a buck, believe or not. I guarantee you that you will be happy.

YOU CANT AND YOU WON'T If you are lucky enough to not get many, it wont be because of any thing you do. Your skin is stretching, it will mark wether you like it or not. If it itchs put vitamin e or aloe on, other than that, I hope you are one of the lucky few
