If the revolution was to recreate the language into something by controlling the release of press, media and books into a limited and "perfected," thing, then when that full control over the language was achieved, the revolution would be completed. The goal would be done when the language was completely controlled into this new thing. There was no freedom of speech, of thought, of the media in that society. The revolution's goal was to take over the communication and control it by oppressing the old way and transforming it into 100% controlled new way. It was language control and every other kind of control over freedoms.
