they have sent me an email that I won with check and they convincing me that the email address was not a spam or junk. Should I believe on this? and I thought the information of their players were safe because they have database?, why there is still a spam emails???

they requiring you to pay $10 for the subscription of freelotto result and if you won they will give a you a form were you will input your personal info and also credit card no. Now the question is why they can't give the prize without paying the subscription fee and complete the winning prize form??????

Did you enter this contest? You can't be a winner if you didn't enter.

Is this a foreign sweepstakes/lottery/whatever? If so, even if it's legit, you can't bring the money into the US in any form.

Are they asking for bank info? Or asking you to provide them with a check for tax or clearing purposes? All signs of a scam aimed at taking your money.
