I have lived at the same apartment for many years, not a drug dealer, dont throw partys, not loud, pay my rent ( am on section 8 rental assistance, so ive never really been late) a few times but always paid my $35 late fee and ALWAYS with in the first week of bein late..... my landlord clearly dosent like me, PERIOD, i have one son he's 8 and jsut myself, I can not find a new apartment, ive been searching since October.. and now december 31st is very near.... someone said that since i have housing and the apartment i live in is based on ur income, i should be able to ride this out and not have to leave.... im to afraid to say anything to the landlord, shes mean and evil to me, tried looking for things on the net all i fould was this.....
