It depends on who's universe it's taking place in. Marvel characters have this funny way of coming back from the dead, so if it was in the Marvel universe, I don't think voldemort's spell would keep the goblin dead.
This question should have at least been made fair. It should have been something like....Dr. Doom vs. Voldemort. Although that is very unfair to Voldemort.

Those-who-can-not-be-named surely will win. Green Goblin couldn't do anything with his gadgets while his opponent just need a magic wound.

Both of them are very powerful, experienced, mean, nasty and tricky. If they did not kill each other at the first shot, I think that one or the other of them would propose that they join forces to defeat their enemies, and they would gang up against Harry and Spider Man.
BUT!!! each would secretly hate and resent the other, and be planning to betray his new partner as soon as his own enemy was eliminated. Evil always hurts itself. And thus, they would BOTH lose.

It takes a lot less time to stick out your wand and say Avada Kedavra then flying and throwing stuff at your opponent.
Voldemort wins!
