No, and I've been there, it's called tandem twilight. For the record, I know plenty about it, with all due respect. Once you get to that place, be warned, you don't want to come back, the sensation pulls you in, that's why the continuum is parallel.
I apologize if this sounds crazy to you, but. I do a lot of studying and have been for 15 years. If you're really interested, I'd be more than happy to recommend some of my collective titles, just know that you're under no obligation- just a friendly offer to a nice question.

its not depressing ... on the other hand it should be more exciting ... we think we are alone ... no one else around ... whereever u look its nothing ... but then pretty sight with the stars and moon and sun ... and we have a 100 years to live at max ... so y think all this ... live for the moment knowing that anytihng can happen anytime in this universe ... jsut have fun ... and preserve what ever u can ... make an effort ... dont be selfish enough to waste ... what if they find a cure to live forever ... ??? what ll u do in that case ... all our resources gone ... ??? ever increasing population ... F**K ... now thats depressing ??? so u better live like theres no tomorrow and conserve everything u can

Actually, I find it intriguing. Think about it this way....... At any moment someone down in Australia could hear one sound, just one sound and we could have an alternate universe. Wouldn't that be wonderful. Makes it seem less eerie now doesn't it. I hope that with all the technology that one-day we will find something out there.

No, read A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
Think about how no matter what direction we face, we will always be facing the universe. The universe is big and wide, and if there's one Earth, there could be much more than that.

the astronauts are very limited to just the moon and back basically....people try to figure out the logistics of the universe when we can't even send one person to the next planet over...kind of ironic really...don't bog your mind w/ other peoples epiphets of intellectual glory...people are malcontents...
