Potentially. It does sound to me as if she's making the decision too quickly. Ask her why she's marrying this guy; try to find out her true motivation.

She is a little young to be getting married.

But despite your age, you shouldn't marry someone you just met PERIOD.

I think you need atleast a year to be with someone to get married. It gives you a chance to see their flaws and go through the ups and downs in a relationship. And if it survives after a year, then awesome.

Plus, you need to be financially stable, independent, and be done with college before finally settling down with someone. Because marriage is a very big step forward in a person's life. Marriage is serious.

Marry in haste, repent at leisure. If this has not yet happened then you all must do whatever it takes ot stop her from making a real mistake in her life. If it is really true love time will not make any difference and if there is a scam or just infatuation that will be revealed as well

YES, it is wrong. She needs to give the relationship time to develop.
She will be cheating herself out of being romanced.
A man needs to romance a woman first...
Send her flowers, walks, picnics, sports, eating out.
Long talks of what each other would like from a marriage relationship.
If she gets married, she will loose all the joy of falling in love for real.

That is a bit young to make a commitment quickly. If you are old enough to know what you want, things can move quite quickly. It took all of two days for me and my wife of 8 years to commit.

Try to convince her take a less extreme option, but it is her prerogative to choose marriage if she is over 18.
