Or is it in one ear and out the other?

As a matter of fact, I am very interested in what others have to say. I try to focus and understand where other people are coming from even if their perspective is different from mine. I try to appreciate their reasons and arguments for their position. I am not closed to new suggestions.

I listen VERY carefully, that is a big part of showing respect for others - even though, I don't often hear stuff that's "worth" listening to and filtering the little of value that there maybe requires a heck of a lot of Patience. But thankfully I am a patient man, VERY patient, indeed. Heck, maybe I ain't very good at the game of "hard to get", but at least I am excellent at "the Art of Patience".

P.S. In fact I am listening so carefully right now that I noticed you had left out the "ed" in "Have you actually listen(ed) to others?" Although, the more natural form would have been: "Do you actually listen to others?" or alternatively: "Have you ever listened to others?" Or did you intentionally leave out the "ed" to see if we were actually listening to you? ... IN ANY EVENT, I TRY TO LISTEN.

I actually listen to those who want to help me, the others? It goes right in one ear and out the other.

I actually do listen - I'm good at it and enjoy it. I listen to you. You give short, right to the point answers. Good ones, too.
