Place an add to that effect. You might want to state that it a fixer upper home for the do it yourself kind of guy. Most financial institutions want an appraisal. Maybe someone out there can pay cash. Just make sure it's clean and smell nice. You could also ask for a down payment and carry the contract. It must be clear that it is as is. The buyer has the laws on their side.

Just say so in the advertising. You will not get as good a price as if you fix it up, but if you are under pressure, as-is can be the way to go. There are lots of people who are looking for a fixer-upper to fix up.

be careful with this one.....depending on what state you live in selling as-is can be determined differently....example here in missouri its okay to sell as-is but the seller has to pay for termite treatment and repairs if any needed. it has to be spelled out in the contract as to how this would by handled.
