Make sure she doesn't sleep on her back. That practically guarantees snoring. She needs to sleep on her side. Also, if she is having sinus issues, she may need to take an antihistamine and sudafed (a decongestant) as needed. Breathe Right nasal strips can also help, and regular exercise as well. Good luck!

You do not say how your wifes health is in general. A good suggestion would be to have a check up done and ask the doctor to try and find a cause. Snoring can be caused by a number of things ranging from dry nasal passages to more serious ailments. You can also try what are called Breath Right Strips. They might help until your wifes next check up. The strips hold open the nasal passages allowing easier breathing during the night. Good luck

Snoring can be caused by a few different things. Very loud snoring can be a symptom of sleep apnea. It might be a good idea for your wife to get checked for that.
Often, many people who snore only snore when they are sleeping on their back, not their side. So if your wife snores too much you can wake her up and ask her to turn onto her side.

Excess weight is often the culprit with snoring. Try going for walks with her occasionally - you'll enjoy the time together.
For right now however - make sure she sleeps on her side.
buy some ear plugs!
Best of luck with that!

Try "breate right" nasal strips. They open the nasal passages and don't require any medication.
