Well i was downloading the new patch that just acme out and i was installing it but halfway through the installiation i accidnetally closed the installing program and now everytime i try to get on it asks me to download the new patch and when i try "installing" ita again it freaking doesnt work saying i have it installed already what should i do? help!

you can go to your wow file adn find the new patch, listed by date and delete it then go back and reload.
Usually if I have a problem with the downloader like this just trying to enter the game again will usually pick up right where it left off, but if you were halfway or almost done that may be a different story

Just download the raw patch and install it manually..
It's on the support page of their site...
