when you whistle blow at a co-worker,what should you do?

inquired about who told on me,found out,that was all said and done.next thing i knew this person was the spouse of a co-worker.also got manager into trouble.was on time to work,found out later my time card is missing.have to prove i clocked in.they dont believe me.been with the company five years.

I wouldn't call this "whistle blowing". Somone is out to get you fired.

Ask for a meeting with the topmost manager and Human Resource manager together. If you have any witnesses ask if they can be present.
