I would call going to the bathroom every hour frequent.
You might have a UTI (urinary tract infection). Does it burn when you stop peeing?
I would go get a check up with your doc, it's difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing. I would just be guessing.

Well maybe your frequent urination comes from your frequent drinking. If you drink a lot of water that's why. You may have to check if you have an over active bladder. Monitor your intake of fluids and your intake of salt. You may have to check to see if you are a diabetic. Most diabetics frequent the bathroom, so you will have to check into that also. Sometimes that's an early sign.

Everyone is different, but chances are if you think you are going frequently, you probably are. Best bet is to go to your primary provider and have a urinalysis (urine test) done. This is a primary screening tool and will help your provider determine what the next best course of action is.

It's possible that you have an infection of the bladder or the urinary tract.
Another possibility is diabetes - frequent urination is a sympton of that.
And yet another: pregnancy.
I recommend seeing your doctor to sort it out. If it is any of these, you will need medical attention.

phsshh... how about less than every five minutes? And only going a small amount at a time... and it hurts like hell... that is a urinary tract infection.
Once an hour is normal.
