I have been replaced by someone else. So I just waited and that person left the company to work with a competitor of ours. So I'm now doing what I used to do again. And personally I think I'm doing a better job of it then the other person did. But I try not to compare myself with others that have done this job because everyone is different and has different talents or tools in their box.

I KNOW that they could NOT take over in my place -- because who wants to have the hard work that being a Long-Term Single Parent (with two disabled children, and a deadbeat dad for an ex) entails -- and that is for sure!
