Anyone know how I can have a missing key replaced... I am missing the 5 on my number keypad. Tried calling hp support and was told it was IMPOSSIBLE... is there any other way?

Let me rephrase.... I need the cover.. the key still works. The cover got ripped off.

I am not sure how to say this, but if the "key" still works, you just need the button cover, the plastic part over the button and yes you should be able to get it. Go to some place like CompUSA or call Computer Geeks or go to EBay and look for a really cheap busted up one and get it and carefully pry it off and very carefully superglue it onto yours.

then hp is just plain lazy........... you can just go down to any hp customer care shop near your place to get a replacement key pad ( the whole thing)
