Go see you doctor for a check-up. It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms without some proper blood work.

Have you missed your period or have you started to urinate more often? I was having similar pains to yours, but I waited and missed my period and I noticed I went to the bathroom more often. I wasnt sexually active either. I went to a gynecologist and it turned out I had a cyst. Birth control was prescribed to treat it and it went away.

I have also heard that there are pains in your uterus/lower abdominal area that just happen because, I call them "stabbies" they happen for no apparent reason. I've heard gynecologists dont know what causes them, but apparently its not harmful. I hope this helps. You should really go to a doctor and get that checked.

You could hust have a damaged nerve. But the pain is there for a reason, so you should probally go to a doctor if it doesn't stop happening in a couple of days.

I agree - this will have to be underneath 'Men's Health'!!! But it's going to good be both epididymitis or orchitis. These are infections of the localized subject and will ordinarily be dealt with particularly comfortably and easily You would possibly desire a shot path of antibiotics - refer for your GP/MD/Medical adviser as quickly as feasible.
