Obviously, it must be nonflammable and not damaging to my rubber seals. I was thinking about RV antifreeze.

All forms of anti freeze that I know of are to some degree flammable. Windshield antifreeze is made with either methyl hydrate or alcohol depending on brand - both burn really well. Either keep your water extinguisher somewhere it will not freeze, or get a dry chem one that cant freeze. RV anti freeze (and most other automotive anti freeze products) contains ethylene glycol (maybe that is tri-ethelene) which is also flammable at high enough temperatures.

Cold fire makes an all season extinguishant that you can just leave in all the time down to 40 below. Its rated for everything but electrical fires, including Wood/brush(A), oil (B), Metal (D) and Kitchen (K)

They have seveeral videos of it putting outtire and car fires...WAY, WAY better the water......the catch.... It only comes in 5 gallon cans,,,,at over $300 per.

Why would you put anti-freeze in a fire extinguisher? and is this legal for your insurance ? I think you'd better do some checking and come back.
