Having tried that last year, I wouldn't if I were you. The goldfish foul the water more, need a different water chemistry and need cooler water, the yoyos prefer tems to be about 80 degrees.

They may co-exist, but neither one will be peak for long.

What I did was every couple of weeks I would harvest the snails from the one tank and drop them in the tank with the loaches.

Unless your water stays fairly stable in temperature, it is better to use weather loaches as they are very tolerant of temperature changes. Yo-yos are tropical. Weather loaches range into cold waters of Asia.

If you are in a warm climate then its ok or else they may not adjust to the cold water too well. You could ensure that you have a thermometer in your tank first.
