Oh, yeah!
It's incredibly sexy. Draws the focus to the eye and brow bone of the guy. Eyebrows can have tremendous sex appeal- too me and most of my female friends anyway.
Reminds me of Jake Gyllenhaal... Yummo!

It depends on the man, but yes. I personally don't like pencil thin eyebrows on a guy. I don't care for guys who spend more time plucking their eyebrows than I do.

I don't really notice guys' eyebrows.
As long as it's not a unibrow or too bushy, then yes.
