Im 19 and and Im about 136 pounds, slightly muscular, hard working, not afraid to sweat, completes taskds swiftly and quickly, and Im wondering what the best job to do before i start school, i'll be studying heating , air condtioning, and ventilation, in Chicago, I live 15 minutes from the city o Chicago, but out here all the jobs seem swamped, and taken!!!!!!! I wnat to work for UPS because they got good tuiton assistance, and alright pay, but I havent heard from them yet!!!!!!!!!!

lol this is kinda scary.... im almost 19(19 in january,,,,,,)I way 140 pounds, how tall are u",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and i work at ups.... ups sucks ......... and if anything apply for rammp......... i would work as a busser u make tips : ) I did taht for a year ..

I kinda agree with the guy who said construction, just because that will pay more then minimum wage. A waiter is a good idea too, find a higher priced place to make good tips. Resturants are ALWAYS hireing. (I knew a guy who worked at a Bennigans and brought home a couple hundred on a Saturday night easy)

If you want to go into heating and ventilation, they why not apply there? If you want to work for UPS for your career, then go to UPS. It's not that hard, get a job in your industry and they may support you in your studies, and even better, offer you a job after you graduate. Why would UPS hire you and pay for you to train to work elsewhere? That makes no sense.

Finally m'man, i hav the solution. U should become a rapper, thats right. Somehow get in contact with u know...50 cent, Eminem or maybe even Chingy and say "yo, i wanna get in de business homie, im 19 and slightly muscular" and BAM........................... ur in.

I sold hot tubs and made pretty good cash doing so. It was also very fun selling recreational products. Might give it try if you like working with public good luck

check out Gap when i worked there i remember seeing somthing about getting tuition assistance from them but not sure if it was to do whatever you want or business classes only, to work your way up through management and such

try being a library assistant plus when school starts then you can keep it b/c then you can have time to study
