I have a laptop that is 1.5 years old and its battery which used to hold 3.5 hours of charge lately only holds 1 hour maximum.
So, I crack open the battery and replaced its old, dying 6 cells with new ones which are of different brand (the old ones are "Molicel", the new ones are "LG"), but have the same specs (2400 mAh, 3.7 Volts).
Now after a full charge, I run the laptop from the new rebuilt battery. It says it only have 1 hour battery life. Ok, whatever, I let it run so that it should shut down by itself. After 1 hour, it says it only has 7% battery life left. I keep on waiting, and it is now hitting 2.5 hours mark, it still stays at 7%, and the laptop is still happily on and don't want to shutdown. I don't know, should I be happy or worried. Any input?

not something occurs certainly. it fairly is extra suitable in the adventure that your battery is plug in because of the fact if the incident skill is loss, you computing device won't close off. and a lot of desktops have been given harm bec of skill loss.
