NO because the children always goes to the mother. Britney has way more money then Kevin will ever have. There is nothing wrong with Britney having fun partying with Paris. Its her business and her life. And with Kevin he is a loser. You see what he is doing with the other kids that Kevin has with his ex girlfriend. What was Britney doing when Kevin stayed out all night at the clubs dancing with other girls. Cheating on Britney with that porn star. The judge will see that too. And Britney will get the kids. The kids are way better off with the mother because she has more money and she can give that the children needs in life.

No, Britney has all the money. Money and celebrity, in a California court, always wins over the best interests of the kids. So Britney will win custody. Celebrities don't raise their own kids, they hire people to do it.

It is very rare for a court to award a father full custody without first pretty much declaring the mother insane or inept... Britney has enough money and power for that not to happen but it is a shame that she will be remembered for her questionable reputation rather than as a good mother and provider.

He can't (or won't) even take care of the kids he has with Shar Jackson and you honestly think a judge will give K-Fed sole custody of the kids he has with Britney? No judge will give custody to a person who's broke as a joke and is blackmailing his soon-to-be ex-wife by threatening to sell their alleged sex tape to the highest bidder. K-Fed has no job, so how would he support those kids?

No because she's the mother..the court grants the mother the favor..plus she has more money and stability then kfed..even tho shes out and about partying, the court will look at who can provide for those two boys and hands down Britney will win. i don't like her.lol

Probably not simply because Britney has so much more money. KFed isnt really in a position to take care of his numerous kids.

The reason he wants the kids is so that britney would give him some money for the kids..as an allowance. And from there he'd take the money.Pfft! look at shar jackson..he left her kids..and now he's claiming brit's babies..

I don't think that KFed will win at court, but I don't want those kids get bad childhood because of that. Those kids deserve better childhood. In other hand, I don't think that Brit could take care of them nicely, like the other mom....

I think Britney's nanny/nannies can take better care of her kids then K-fed could by himself. Why are some people allowed to breed? That's what I don't understand.

no..considering how much money and time and effort shes put into her kids (she's pampered them a ton and even had a spiritual gathering at a malibu hindi temple for sean preston) to make them happy i highly doubt this. and plus, even if britney wouldn't make that great of a mom, fedex would make an even worse dad!
