Report it immediately to one of the credit reporting companies. Call the number on this web page now - they are open at all hours:

get a identity fraud packet from your bank or local police dept and fill it out also you are entitled to a credit check at no cost so get it on all 3 systems and check into whatever you don't think is right don't wait do it now if you already haven't ok don't panic get your birth cert and go personally to the local office of socialist security as well as any other forms of ID you might have and show them your birth date it will be in the records once this is done you can start getting things taken care of if she is using your ssn you will also want to change yours and remember this your foot print was recorded at birth which is as individual as a finger print so this will show who you are then sue the police and credit reporting agencies as well as any others who refused to assist you use a good lawyer and you might be set for life !

Contact the nearest Social Security Office. They will tell you what needs to be done. Also you might consider filing a motion in District (felony) Court. The motion should state that you are a victem of identity theft and that you are not responsible for fraudulent charges made by the criminals using your identity. Have the help of a lawyer on this, you want it done right so you are protected.

Charge up all your credit cards and blame it on the other person.
