What does the A&M stand for?

I can't believe after all this time I thought the A in A&M stood for "Agricultural". But, it must be some problem I have with the letter "A" because I was also under the impression that "anything" was one word, but I may have been mislead again. Also, is Texas A&M famous for students majoring in "Origami"? Oh wait its spelled (checks lil reply again) origanlly. I am embarrassed to even mention the ' I use in "doesn't".

A&M stands for the University of Oklahoma is Big 12 Champs and Texas sucks!!!
