I once heard the same term, "mice", being used for multiple computer mouse devices. However, Wikipedia states the use of both "mice" and "mouses" in their article dedicated to item.

Mice or Mouse (as in Sheep, Sheep).
"Hey, did you hook all of my mice to the computer?"
"Hey, did you hook the entire mouse to the computer?"
Both of them sound retarded, being that we rarely use the plural 'Computer Mouse'.
