Not that I think that much of Bush, but Bolton was pretty awful, hated by Republicans and Democrats alike. I don't think Bush should resign because he can't get Bolton confirmed. However, there are MANY reasons Bush should resign, not the least of which that it might save him from impeachment (I know, wishful thinking on my part).
