but i did have a brown discharge and that was it does anyone know whats wrong?

The main culprit for this is stress.

It could very well be stress or that you might have had a "short" period. I used to have those like once or twice a year where I didn't have it for a least a month or so but would have some discharge in between. If you are really worried then go see a Dr.

You might want to go get that checked out with you gynecologist, I missed my period for a long time and I wasnt sexually active... it turned out I had a cyst and I had to go on birth control for a couple of months until it went away. Theres nothing to worry about if you have a cyst, the birth control is prescribed to treat it.

no this is normal for a women your age to not have a period because even now you are not regulated. and some people don't ever regulate. but i would get a second professional opinion
