it's a close run thing - i really do like both of them, but i'd have to vote for family guy - simply because of baby stewie. he just makes me laugh so much ! i think a lot of the time south park tries to shock / offend certain groups of people on purpose, which can be funny, but it's not as original as it used to be. i think the storylines from family guy are also slightly better than south park.
