It doesn't matter that you are illegal, pick a doctor and go to them, you will have to pay cash, around $150 for doctor and lab work which he will need to do...He won't turn you away, and he won't turn you in, it's against their oath.... If you cannot do this, buy some Ensure.(chocolate tastes best)..You can get it at any pharmacy and some grocery stores....Eat three times a day, eat a snack(tortillas and cheese) between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. Just roll it up and you can eat it quick even if you are at work...Drink Ensure (high in protein and sugars) three times a day either with your meals or between meals and at night, and take a multi-vitamin with minerals once a day which you can get at any grocery store or pharmacy. Brand does not matter, just make sure it says "Multi-Vitamin with Minerals. It will say it on the label........After a month you will pick up weight. Fatty foods have the most calories, then carbohydrates like bread, potatoes, rice, then proteins like meat and beans. Exercise is important, but at first don't do any besides working. Once you have picked up 20-30 pounds start doing exercises that are not aerobic. That means no running, swimming, basketball, or anything that makes your heart race. You only want to do exercises that build muscle like lifting weights, pushups, situps, chinups, because muscle weighs more than fat............ Having only one testi is not a problem unless the other did not drop..If you were born with only one, then you are fine, just a little different...You can still produce children so don't worry...If the other testi has gone back up and won't come down then you need to go the the Emergency Room, they won't require any upfront money if you go to a county hospital...they have to treat you whether you have insurance or not, and whether you are illegal or not, and they won't turn you in either........I'm a retired nurse, you can trust my answers....Best of luck to you...Apply for your citizenship it's not very hard to do., and with some countries you can have dual citizenship............

Multivitamins do not produce weight gain. Although it is true that some mega-vitamins will cause you to be hungry because they contain very high doses of B vitamins- and you say that you have tried eating and calories, and that has not helped.

I suspect the problem with the one testicle and your weight are interelated. Quite possibly you have a condition where you have an undescended testicle. In any case this should be checked to prevent future trouble, because undescended testicles do tend to cause trouble eventually.

I would approach a member of your church with your problem from a medical standpoint - Do not hesitate to share with them what the problem is, they hear all kinds of troubles I assure you. At least ask them if they can direct you to a clinic where free medical services are offered.

We have them here in Detroit, where doctors provide thier time and the churches provide the supplies - and at least here, they dont care where you are from, they dont keep track. I bet you have that sort of thing where you are.

At least remember that option for the future.
Good luck - and be hesitant to take medical advice from anyone with an internet connection.

Become a citizian. Really, please. Not saying it in anger or in hate at all, but even duel citizanship will be good to have, heck even a green card. then you will at least be able to be legily seen by a doctor if you ever really need one. Otherwise if something hapens you could end up being deported and that wont be cool.

eat less meals but more in the ones you do eat, snack less and when you do eat fatty foods. become less active. (not enough that you become real lazy and all) but your metabolisim will, or should, slow down and you put back on weight.
dont do that sudenly, you can hurt your body. afterword when you get back to the weight you want to be at start to reverse the process so you maintain the desired weight. Also rember mussle mass is 2x's as much as fat, so dont stop excersing.

I'm not sure these are problems. Some guys only have one testicle. There's not much a doctor can do about that. As for your weight, some people are naturally slim. Unless you're experiencing other issues you didn't mention, it doesn't sound like you need medical care. BTW, I don't recommend taking a lot of supplements and vitamins. Those might just cause other issues for you. In other words, don't fix what isn't broken.

dear friend, you seem to have a lot of problems and you're probably under a lot of stress too. for the first problem- i can't really understand the problem itself, but the fact that you don't have an insurance and you're there illegally is a problem in itself. First you should solve this and then the others.
Take things one at a time, the first thing to do is try to legalise your situation- get some advice from people in a community from your country who are there legally, stick to your folks and try to get a legal situation there. there must be a solution to this, but they should know better because they are there and know the laws and the ways
after that you can approach the medical problem officially.
the other problem is equally serious- being underweight. i myself am in the same situation, i'm 1.70m tall and have 45 kilos!! as long as you don't feel unwell it's not dangerous, but it's still a problem. the key would be a normal healthy lifestyle- eat regularly and enough healthy, cooked food, get enough sleep- 8 to 10 hours, be optimistic about the future, avoid excesses with cigarettes, alcohol and of course no drugs at all. try to find friends to support you emotionally- it's terrible when you have to face things on your own.
try some vitamins, i heard of superfood, which is a kind of natural supplement, but i'm not sure you can find it in US, but you can simply try fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of dairy products- milk, cheese, cream, yoghurt.
take good care of yourself and try to solve your main problem- your legal situation there, otherwise people won't try to help you with other things because this could be dangerous for them too.
be optimistic and self-confident. good luck

the nutrition you feed a dogs is extremely substantial. many human beings purchase nutrition from the food market or besides the fact that...inspite of the undeniable fact that it quite isn't any longer sturdy. something with corn isn't easily digestable and quite often a waste. i few sturdy dogs nutrition are well-being. it quite is all organic and human beings can consume it. each dogs I relatively have ever had loves it. it quite is form of costly yet to no longer undesirable whilst in comparison with the nutrition we consume and the quantity we spend on us. a much less high quality yet nevertheless sturdy and high priced decision is technological understanding eating ordinary. it quite isn't any longer human grade yet extra constructive to your pets than pedigri or some thing like....and slightly extra value-effective. there are a number of manufacturers of dogs nutrition that are extra constructive to your dogs. do slightly learn...estimate the quantity of funds you're keen to spend and then replace the nutrition. i'm able to easily approximately garrantee that it quite is your situation yet, doggies do poop alot regardless oif what they consume. additionally, one extra piece of advice. communicate to your vet relating to the breed and ask what they recommend as a competent volume of nutrition an afternoon for the pooch.

This kind of problem is quite common. Don't have to worry, people have it.
But only a doctor can solve it! Do not listen to people.
I know someone who had this problem but his parents solved it when he was 1 or 2 years old.
Go to a doctor! Please!
Take Care!
