Being very tired and wanting to sleep all of the time was for me the first sign of pregnancy. I would get a pregnancy test just to ease your mind. If that isn't it, missing a cycle isn't all that uncommon and can be due to stress (mental or physical)

There are lots of things.

It could be random.
Maybe no eggs were mature enough to be released this month.
Or your hormone levels could have been too low.
There could have been some sort of infection in your reproductive organs.
Other illnesses are a possibility, too, even something like the flu.

If the same thing happens next cycle, see a doctor. That could signal something like a cyst on the ovaries, which isn't good if you're TTC.

But good luck. I hope you get your positive soon.

it is normal to have an occassional anovulatory cycle.

the only POSITIVE symptom of pregnancy that can't be swept aside with another possible cause is a POSITIVE pregnancy test. a blood test can tell much sooner than a urine test.

everyone claims "stress" to be the reason for not ovulating, unless you are irregular

it could be because you either had sex and are pregnant or you have a infection like a urinary tract infection or a yeast infection
